Very bad, all the reception staff were unaware of the buffet timing. They lied to me 3 times about dinner buffet. When iaskes them if there was buffet for dinner they said no and when I went down to check people were having dinner buffet and then they confirmed that we have dinner buffet going on. I had to Zomato my dinner. Very shameful and unprofessional behaviour from ibis staff.
