由于在网上下个两个订单，qunar网的订单已经付过钱了，而在agoda上的订单需要在前台付钱并可以免费取消。到前台入住时提出该问题，并说明取消agoda上的订单，但是前台一直说qunar网的订单没有付钱，而是agoda上的订单付过钱了。经与两个预订平台沟通上述情况帮忙解决，经过2个多小时的协调，平台给的答复是可以入住，并取消其中未付款的agoda订单，但是在办理入住手续时却要求支付房费，与协调的结果完全相反，由于时间将近半夜12点，小朋友已经睡着了，只能重新预定房间办理入住。

After reviewing the situation, we understand that a duplicate booking was made, and you contacted the agent to cancel the prepaid booking, when in fact, it was the unpaid booking that should have been canceled. This led to the need for direct payment at the hotel, as the prepaid reservation through qunar.com was cancelled accordingly. We realize this caused significant frustration, especially considering the late hour and the situation with your children. Please know that we deeply regret the confusion and any inconvenience it caused. To prevent similar issues from occurring in the future, we are working closely with both booking platforms to ensure clearer communication and better support in such situations.
