Dear Khun Peng, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused during your stay and most specially to your friend. After reviewing the matter, we understand that our staff followed the storage instructions as communicated through a translation application from Chinese to the local language. Unfortunately, no additional details regarding the specific temperature requirements were provided. At the time of storage, the item was wrapped in a frozen aluminum foil bag, and without knowledge of its contents or the special handling requirements, our staff proceeded based on the information received. We deeply regret the outcome and understand the frustration caused by the loss of the product. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team, and we will review our procedures to improve communication and clarification of special storage requirements in the future.
