我觉得挺好的，工作人员很热情，离thunder dome很近，附近也有步行10分钟左右的大型商场。房间也很大，干净且舒适。

孩子脚受伤无法出行.没去住.不给退款

I was very apologized to learn that your child injured their foot before your arrival date stay with us. I hope your child makes a full and speedy recovery. Following our investigation, we found that you had submitted a request to cancel one of your reservations. Although the terms and conditions of your booking did not permit cancellations or modifications, our Reservations Team approved the cancellation and processed a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.
