Dear Mr. C., Thank you very much for spending the time to share your experience with us I sincerely apologize that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. Our hotel is a business hotel conveniently located in the heart of IMPACT Exhibition, Thailand’s largest convention and event center. We are also within easy walking distance of the IMPACT outlets and COSMO Bazaar, with convenient access via the skybridge. Additionally, I would like to inform you that dry amenities, such as toothbrushes and combs, are available upon request. As these products are made from natural materials, they may be affected by prolonged handling or storage, which is why we provide them upon request to ensure their quality. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your feedback, and I will share your comments with our team. Your feedback is valuable to us and will encourage our staff to continuously improve the quality of our services and ensure a better experience for our guests.
