Stayed nearly two weeks in total , overall quite satisfied . Perfect location in downtown , extremely close to where we need to go ; Excellent facilities ; clean room ,spacious and modern , room service would make up your room every day, even folding cloths that were left on the bed; The hotel room even provides a complimentary haircut service ; Accurate recognition of platinum tier , offered room upgrade and welcome fruit; Great varieties of breakfast food , noodle with beef is a bonus . Extremely helpful staff at reception who helped us collect parcels and move a lot of luggage up and down quite a few times ; Special thanks to Andy , thank you ! You were the perfect manager and really turned our stay into memorable, we appreciated your attention to details and went out of your way to help us and resolve the problems during our stay . The only thing I would say that needs a bit improvement is the generally careless attitude of some of the female staff in the second-floor breakfast restaurant.

房间，早餐还不错，退房开票很快。前台有待提高。雅高的预定一开始没找到，金卡也没有识别，没有任何待遇。

저희가 방문했을 땐, 주변이 다 공사중이었습니다. 택시 기사들도 호텔을 찾지 못해 헤맸구요. 방 시설은 깔끔했습니다만, 침구가 세탁이 제대로 되지 않아서인지 그 많은 호텔을 방문했는데 몸에 두드러기 같은게 많이 났어요. 저랑 같이 지냈던 친구 둘 다요. 우한 시내까지 많이 멀진 않지만, 무조건 택시나 버스를 타야 합니다. 제가 다녔던 회사와 가까워 머물렀던 호텔입니다. 호텔 직원들은 영어를 한마디도 하지 못합니다. 참고하셔야할 것 같아요. 영어만 가능했던 제 친구는 불편함을 많이 겪었어요. They can't speak English at all. The hotel is poorly located. Maybe because of the hotel bedding, I got a rash. 职员不会英语, 酒店位置不好。出租车司机也不知道在哪里。客房比想象的宽敞。

地理位置非常好，就是现在在修路，出行稍有不便。房间设施齐全，整洁卫生，服务员态度也很好，乐于帮助客人。整体来说是一次性价比很高的体验。
