Overall, it was a wonderful experience with Fairmont Wuhan, Hubei, China, excellent service without any shortcomings. Fantastic hotel as you would expect a Fairmont but what made it more memorable was the outstanding welcoming and attention from Jessica at check-in, for example my wife was after a specific shoe and Jessica went online to find a store during check-in. Breakfast had a great range of Chinese and Western cuisines again supported by a great team And well if there bed I am yet to sleep on it

Wonderful stay. Property is lovely and bedrooms great with very comfortable bed and high quality bed linen. Service and staff are so helpful. Breakfast wonderful with many options for western and Chinese. Gym and pool are also extremely good - bring swimming hat and goggles as they are mandatory but available to purchase. Highly recommend.

I stayed on the Club Floor from September 4th to 6th, 2024. The staff were consistently attentive and polite, but Mandy, the Club Floor Manager, really stood out. She was not only gracious and attentive but also went above and beyond to assist me with a delivery service. Although this request was against hotel policy, Mandy made an exception when she realized it was important for my return to my home country. Her willingness to make this exception reflects excellent judgement and true leadership. Keep up the great work!

A good choice to stay in the hotel especially when outside is extremely cold ( Still You cannot expect the swimming pool to be higher than 30 degree right ). We had a good time by having the afternoon tea and using the Sauna Facilities.
