Check-in was very easy. Communicating through various channel such as telephone, WhatsApp etc was always very easy. Great service. 24/7 Mixo bar is great for getting drinks and food at any time. Especially the syrniki pancakes. Highly recommend.

Impossible to sleep. Disco on the roof at night.

This is not the first time we have stayed in So. And it's usually fine. But last time there were 2 disco on the roof with very loud music which was heard in all rooms with closed windows. In St. Petersburg it is allowed to make noise until 22.00, while discos continue, in violation of the law, until deep into the night. On my call at 23.00 at the reception otvili that disco will be until !!!! 2.00 in the morning and nothing can be done about it as it is a private event. After I suggested to call the police, closer at 00.00 the noise was reduced. This is nonsense. How can you dislike your guests so much and violate the law on silence.

Tired hotel. Needs renovation. There is no lounge for 5 * Sofitel is rather serious violation of loyalty protocol for Accor hotels.
