The worst experience of my entire life… we had a horrible stay it was a nightmare very poorly served because of an unpleasant employee… we have already made a complaint against her at the hotel itself with her manager and again you give us the opportunity to share with you our worst experience in 25 years of traveling and after having visited 34 different countries around the world and across 5 different continents... horrible to quickly forgotten but this is not representative of the Russia which was despite everything a good country to visit

The location near Nevsky Prospekt is very convenient for tourists. That's the only good thing about the hotel, though. The rooms are strange; instead of the normal en-suite bathroom, there's an en-suite toilet, a completely separate en-suite shower, and the handbasin in the bedroom in some rooms (we tried 2 rooms; the first was awful so we upgraded to a "premium" room - it was better but still had the weird bathroom arrangement). The breakfast buffet is OK, but below average for a hotel of this class or price.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Stayed for three nights. Had a very comfortable stay. I would like to especially thank Ms Anna Korovkina , the Guest Relationship Manager for all her help. She provided very useful tips on how to explore the city .
