INVOICE 발급 관련해서 혼선이 있었던 것을 제외하면 매우 훌륭했고, INVOICE 사후 대처마저도 매우 빠르고 훌륭했습니다. 문화의 차이일지 모르겠지만, COPY 라는 문구가 유럽에서는 '프린트'된 것들을 통칭하는 것 같은데, 우리나라에서는 '사본' 또는 '진본이 아님'으로 인식되기 때문에 이 부분에 대해서 혼란이 있을 수 있다고 봅니다. 이것은 제 의견이며 실제로 COPY 라는 단어에 대해서 어떻게 생각하는지 유럽 분들의 의견이 궁금하긴 합니다. 왜냐하면 다른 유럽 국가의 음식점에서 카드 결제 후 카드 결제 영수증이 필요하다는 말을 copy 필요하냐는 표현을 들었습니다. 그 표현을 들었을 때 저의 느낌은 '방금 기계에서 나온 종이 결제 영수증 외에 복사본이 필요하다고 물어본걸까?' 였습니다. 시간이 지나서 몇 번의 경험을 겪다보니 '프린트 된 종이를 의미한 것이구나!' 하고 깨닫게 되었습니다.
