Not a bad stay at all, Rooms a little tired but still good. Car park is a touch small but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that. Where this hotel excels is in its staff they are brilliant but two for me stand out and I’m going to name them as they deserve it so hats off to Love and Nas you guys rock.

Overall a good hotel, the team is what makes is a good stay.

The food could do with improvement, the rooms a tad chilly during the colder months. However Robyn and Nas an asset to the team always polite, helpful and friendly. They make my stay a more comfortable experience. I use this hotel regularly for work and would recommend that the gym that is advertised would be an asset if it could be open.

Ive been here for 2 weeks on a business vacation and due to a late church service i missed my evening meal and new manager Moynul took care of me even out of service hours with food and appliances best and him and his staffs services have been the best I've got thus far

I have stayed here multiple times now and each stay has been great! Staff are very professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Especially Skye who has been fantastic each time I’ve stayed so thank you! I’d recommend anyone to book here.

My first business trip, not knowing anyone or how things worked the mercure staff was just fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly supportive yet professional !! My room was great everything I needed, bed comfy & the shower to die for!! Morning staff in the restaurant are just lovely food amazing so many options from hot buffet to pastry’s fruit & cereals! In the evenings the staff again are great serving some great dishes off the menu! All in all it’s been fantastic I’m going to miss it here now-it’s been a blast! Special thanks to Naz & team simply superb!
