The colleagues in the hotel make this place, every colleague at reception were fantastic. A colleague and I stayed 3 nights a week for 6 weeks and they could not have looked after us anymore. Attentive to detail and always willing to help. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and breakfast had a great choice. A really great stay, thank you

We stayed for 1 night on fly and park basis last Tuesday, which we have done on a few occasions now. As usual we had a lovely and comfortable sleep - love your beds and pillows! We ate in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised on the quality and taste of our meals , far improved from previous stays I have to say... We were served by Dimitar and Vlad who were perfect hosts ,, friendly, attentive and happy guys who made our experience even better! I must also give praise to Otis on the front desk - what a character! From the minute we walked through the doors he was very welcoming, professional but still fun - had us giggling from the outset of our night. After a long journey when we were tired and hungry , Otis could see this and gave us the quietest room straightaway - a great choice room too.. Just to be greeted with a cheery, kind and attentive member of staff was enough to turn our evening from a predicted boring stay over before our flight to a great fun night with lovely food, drink and staff to chat to - a real bonus! We will be travelling to the same place next year ( business) so will def book in again - we hope all 3 staff members are still there!

I recently stayed here and from arriving and being greeted by the friendly, efficient reception staff to staying overnight, having a lovely breakfast and leaving the car for a week's holiday, returning to yet more helpful, pleasant reception staff who sorted my parking ticket so I could exit with no problem, my whole experience ran smoothly and I'd happily repeat the experience if I fly from Stanstead again. The shuttle bus ran from the front door every half hour and the 2 drivers I met were as lovely as all the hotel staff I encountered.

The team were impeccable. The check in team was so friendly and welcoming. Mia, Christie-Anne, Bernardo and William are an incredible addition to the Novotel team. Without them it would be a generic hotel but they bought laughter fun and excitement. The rooms were to a very good standard, the decor is very nice and overall the feeling of the hotel is of grandeur and valour. However, this hotel would be nothing without it staff they all deserve a pay rise and I genuinely there to help everyone. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome.

What makes a hotel truly special isn't just the building or amenities - it's the people who work there. The Novotel at Stansted Airport exemplifies this perfectly through their exceptional staff who transform what could be just another airport hotel stay into something special. The reception team - Christie-Anne, Mia, Otis, Gita, Bernardo and William - consistently provide a warm welcome that makes you feel instantly at home. Their genuine friendliness and dedication to guest comfort is remarkable. The breakfast experience is equally impressive, thanks to Bogdan and James in the restaurant. Starting your day with their friendly service sets the perfect tone for travel. The comfortable, well-appointed rooms provide everything needed for a relaxing stay, whether it's just overnight or for an extended period. The hotel's gym is a particular highlight for longer stays, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine while traveling. For anyone needing accommodation near Stansted Airport, I couldn't recommend this Novotel more highly. The combination of convenient location, comfortable facilities, and exceptional staff makes it my go-to choice when traveling through Stansted. A regular shuttle bus with friendly drivers goes from the front door of the hotel to the terminal every half hour and has plenty space for bags.
