Dear Mr. Slamat Timothy T., Thank you for staying Ibis Styles Tokyo Bay. We appreciate your loyalty as an Accor member. My name is Kurigara, the Operations Manager. Thank you for your comment and we are very sorry that you were not satisfied. Regarding the upgrade, your original reservation was for a triple room, and if we upgraded you, you would have had to go for the four(2bunk beds)- or five-person room(2bunk beds with single bed) that we had previously shown you. On the day, there were no five-person rooms available, so we showed you a four-person room. There are no suites in our room category at Ibis Styles Tokyo Bay, and the three-person and five-person rooms are the same size, so you only had the choice of bunk beds or triple beds. We are very afraid that we weren't able to help when the team was unable to upgrade. And, we are also very sorry that there were some problems with the cleaning. In the future, we will work together as a hotel to improve our service based on your valuable feedback. If you come again, please contact me. We will do our best to accommodate you.
