Arrived early in the morning (6.30am) so had booked an early check in (check in time is normally 3pm so had to pay for an extra night). However, it was wonderful to be able to go straight to our room, freshen up and then have breakfast. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices and there were a la carte items you could have as well. We enjoyed the 2 breakfasts we had there. Our room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom was a good size as well with a separate toilet and nice sized vanity that had room for our toiletry bags. There were quality toiletries in wall dispensers but also a little pack of 4 that contained face foam, makeup remover, body lotion and body wash. We visited the Executive Lounge and enjoyed drinks and canapés however did not dine at restaurant at the hotel as we had a late lunch on our walking tour. Next day before our late checkout we enjoyed our free Accor drinks in the lobby bar. The hotel is situated in a less busy area of Tokyo but is well serviced with a shopping centre across the road that has a multitude of restaurants. There are 2 stations close by - Tamachi and the subway one is Mita. We saw the train from Haneda and our guide advised you can get to Narita too. The hotel staff were friendly and very polite. Really couldn’t have asked for better service. When we return to Tokyo for a longer stay we would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for two nights in September 2024. Very clean, very modern hotel with extremely spacious rooms. Location is excellent - a stone's throw away from the JR station. A bit expensive but this is justified given the location and amenities. This is definitely not your average Tokyo business hotel! My only issue with this hotel, which is probably not a problem for the vast majority of potential guests, is that it feels too much like any Western hotel. Everyone speaks English really well (this is probably a major plus point for a lot of people) and the vast majority of guests are from Western countries. Much of the signage, e.g. that in the lift lobbies, is entirely in English. For me...I would prefer something with a little bit more local flavour after travelling all the way to Japan.

Very enjoyable stay. Before arriving I emailed the hotel for a couple of requests which they accommodated. Communication through email was promptly replied. Unlike some other Accor hotels in Ginza. Off who checked us in was very informative and welcoming. Actually the whole team gave great customer service. Friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful. Shout out to Carl, Fuga, Masayoshi and Mayumi for their personal service. Kanon from the Executive Lounge who helped organise a couple of surprises for my husband’s birthday was exceptionally helpful. With this kind of service it’s hard to not want to stay here when in Tokyo. We have found our home away from home. This is definitely our first option when returning to Tokyo. The location was great. Very close to train station, plenty of restaurants around at very affordable prices and a huge supermarket downstairs of the escalator to the right coming out from Pullman. A good size supermarket with freshly baked breads and large variety of ready to eat meals. They have microwaves just outside of the checkout counters to reheat prepared meals. Prices are quite good too. Very busy with workers as Pullman is surrounded by office buildings. Breakfast was buffet and an alarte menu that you can order over and over again. Barista coffee was included in the buffet which is a nice change to coffee machine. Restaurant not very big but nice. One incident I’m not at all happy with was when I claimed the welcome drinks downstairs level 2 bar as roof top bar was not open. They wanted to serve my drinks in a paper cup as I wanted to take to the room. When I said I wanted in glasses, the lady said they don’t have enough glasses (they had 6 there) they needed to keep for customers. Am I not a customer? I was only claiming 2 drinks. Or is it because I am claiming the welcome drink they want to save the glasses for the paying customers.? Unbelievable!!! I told them to get the classes from the lounge as I don’t want paper cups. It was almost a perfect stay until this. I don’t understand about wanting to keep the glasses coz she only had half a dozen left, yet the restaurant was just across the foyer and Executive Lounge upstairs with another rooftop bar that I’m sure had plenty glasses.

If you travel to Japan stay near a train station. We did just that at this wonderful hotel, a special mention to Karl ( with a K ) he could not have been more accommodating with every query we had, nothing was too much trouble for him. Lovely room , bar and convenience stores and shops close by Thank you again Karl We will be recommending this hotel to family and friends Keith & Bridgette

We were really pleased with our accommodation at this hotel. Our bed was large and very comfortable, our room featured very good storage and a lovely bathroom. Our view overlooked the train station. The supermarket was very close and offered so many options re food and drinks. The hotel concierge looked after us with terrific advice. This hotel is not in a tourist area so we had to travel on trains to our destinations in Tokyo, but that was easy and suited us well. The only tourist spot we walked to from our hotel was the Tokyo Tower. After our adventures it was always great to return to this hotel.
