I was expecting more welcoming and excellent service for a hotel as luxurious as Pullman. I was very disappointed even since the check-in time. Me and my father are Platinum ALL membership but we did not receive some benefit we supposed to have that we usually got. I booked 1 room and my father booked 3 rooms (under 2 reservations), both using our own ALL apps. From the moment we checked-in, staffs were not nice and friendly. We got confused regarding the complimentary breakfast. In addition, she said that all 4 rooms were upgraded when in fact it was not. My booking was deluxe room with bathtub but what they gave to us was superior room without bathtub. When I call them, the operator manager said that the rooms have been upgraded to higher floor and if we would like to change the room to a deluxe room we need to wait for another 3 days because the rooms were fully booked at that moment. It is not clear what are the differences between their types of room since they put the same images in every types of room they have in ALL apps. Staffs also were not friendly, including those on the restaurant. I was expecting a higher level of customer satisfaction from a Pullman Hotel. Very far from Japanese standard.
