Nous sommes restés à cet hôtel pendant 5 nuits. L'accueil est globalement très satisfaisant surtout au restaurant du rez-de-chaussée et au bar du rooftop où le personnel est très souriant et disponible. Un autre point fort est le petit déjeuner très copieux (salé/sucré) qui vous propose une grande diversité de plats et de saveurs. Cela vous permet de tenir facilement toute la journée jusqu'au dîner! Malheureusement il y a aussi (trop) de points négatifs. Nous avons dû changer de chambre la 1 ère nuit car elle n'était pas propre :tâche visible sur le lit et sur la table. La 2ème chambre était mieux mais pas top. Je pense qu'un effort doit être fait sur la propreté (apparente) des draps. La décoration des chambres reste moderne et agréable. Pour finir sur les points positifs : la piscine en rooftop qui n'est pas si bondée et la vue est top. Enfin le gros gros point négatif est l'acoustique de l'hôtel! L'atrium central fait caisse de résonance dans tout l'hôtel et l'hôtel a eu la bonne idée d'installer des jeux d'enfants dans le hall du rez de chaussée....il n'y aucune acoustique au niveau des portes des chambres...c'est bien dommage. IDEM pour l'extérieur : chantier à proximité mais ça c'est indépendant de leur volonté..sans oublier les gens qui ont la bonne idée de faire un karaoké en pleine rue et à proximité de l'hôtel !parfait pour dormir! Bref une expérience en demi-teinte.

친구의 추천으로 방문했습니다. 아이가 두명이라 항상 호텔 룸 타입 예약에 어려움이 있었는데 가족친화적인 호텔이라 큰 더블베드와 함께 아이들을 위한 이층침대가 준비되어있어 머무는데 아주편안한 숙박이 되었습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃때도 리셉션의 Mr.hieu tu의 친절한 도움덕분에 아주 수월하게 체크인했습니다. 또한 Mr.hieu tu 직원의 친절한 배려로 마지막날 체크아웃때에도 여유있게 준비하며 나설 수 있었고 돌아올때까지 짐보관도 완벽하게 도와주었습니다. 저희 아이는 ibis styles vungtau hotel 이 그동안 머문 호텔 중 가장 최고라고 하였고 심지어 집에 돌아가기싫다고 밀할 정도로 아주 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 여러 배려을 많이 해주신 호텔과 Mr.hieu tu에게 깊은 감사드리며 다음번 방문에도 또 만날 수 있기를 희망합니다.🥰

Monsieur( Mr Tú) est un très bon Professionnel. Il a un sens inné du contact humain. Très a l'écoute des demandes des clients, il va même au devant des demandes en complétant par des informations utiles. L'hôtel est parfait , si dans le futur je retourne a vung tau, j'y reviendrai. 3성급 호텔이라 조금 걱정했는데 다른 4~5성급 호텔과 비슷한수준의 시설입니다 시설은 리모델링을 했는지 전체적으로 깨끗해요 영어가 서툴러서 걱정했는데 직원중 Hien과 매니저 Luan이 통역어플로 친절하게 응대해줬어요
