Our stay at the Pullman Saigon was most notable for the excellent service everywhere in the hotel. From stepping out of the vehicle we arrived in to the unexpected medical event I experienced to the wonderful birthday meal at The Mad Cow, all of the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Of special mention Quach Vinh Kiet, Assistant Front Office Manager. Nothing was an inconvenience to him. Wonderful support during my medical episode and completely professional and welcoming at all times. A pleasure to deal with. Exceptional. Vi and Ngoc from Guest Experience. Wow! Wonderful ladies who could not have made my wife's birthday any more beautiful than it was so far from home. Happy, helpful and wonderfully positive, and then to have them suprise my wife, at our room, with a photo of the evening, very special. Food and beverage, again, another great experience. Positive helpful staff, tasty plentiful food and drink choices and the bar and dining facilities immaculate, the team always attentive and helpful. I had the good fortune of meeting the Director of Food and Beverage, a thoroughly professional and welcoming representative for the Pullman. Congratulations, a wonderful experience delivered by your team. The room and facilities were always clean and staff were always busy. Only one small minor suggestion, my wife and I like a slightly softer bed, but no dramas, we still slept well. All in all, an excellent experience at the Pullman Saigon. This is our second visit to the Pullman in the last few years. We are returning to the Pullman Saigon in 10 days on our return leg journey to Australia, we want to make sure our last 2 days in Vietnam are memorable. Congratulations team. See you again soon. Vriendelijke bediening, heel goed ontbijt, goede extra services (gym, zwembad, rooftop bar met niet al te luide muziek dus ideaal om te praten. ). Goede centrale ligging met veel restaurants en bars nabij. Aangename en comfortabele kamer en uitstekende wasservice. Al bij al een geslaagd verblijf.
