Check in was great. Got my room hours early :) was a weekday but still very happy about it haha Nam and Duc were very helpful and friendly. My air con wasn’t working. It was fixed so quickly. Yet to try the buffet breakfast but I’m sure it’s delightful haha The restaurant is a bit more expensive than surrounding places but that’s the norm for hotels hey

Nice view ever. Here you can fully enjoy the comfort and convenience during your stay. The hotel has a convenient geographical location for moving to the airport and commercial centers. Each room has basic equipment such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, hair dryer, … The space at the hotel is extremely clean and cool. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The hotel also has a cargo ferry and a convenient coffee shop for guests’ needs.

Excellent hotel. Stayed for a couple of nights with my grandmother, they upgraded our room on arrival. The view is fantastic, the pool is great and clean. The room was clean and tidy. The staff go above and beyond, Hiēu and Tai were lovely to deal with and very helpful. The restaurant is good. I especially liked their efforts to be more environmentally friendly The place feels lush. Really love the style of the whole place. We had the the best time here.

Excellent services provided from the reception desk to the car park , as well as the restaurant, amazing food and friendly staff . They returned my passport after I left the hotel . I forgot it in the safe and they contacted me and we arranged for a Post Office Express Registered delivery. After the phone call yesterday I received the passport this morning. I can’t say thank you enough for the excellent services. I’m from Australia and uncle and his wife are Americans.
