방은 넓지도 좁지도 않은 이비스 스탠다드고, 직원들은 모두 친절했어요. 전체 호텔룸이 똑같은지 플래티넘 멤버에게도 룸 업그레이드가 불가능한 것 같았고, 시설은 꽤 오래된듯 보이지만 깔끔하게 관리를 해오신 걸 느꼈네요. 그러나 웰컴 어메니티가 과자 한 봉지도 없는 점은 다소 놀라웠습니다.

룸서비스가 엉망이였다. 조니워커 블랙 라벨을 시켰는데 새술이 없어서 다른 사람이 먹다 남은 술을 가져와 120만동을 받았다.

1월 10일 check in 당시 deposit으로 2,500,000 vnd을 카드로 지급하여 비용이 처리되었는데, 1월 11일 chech out 이후, 1월 13일 아침 7시까지 보증금액 리턴 메세지를 못받아서, 기분이 찝찝함. 호텔에서 보증금 반환 처리를 하였는데, 은행 절차로 회수가 늦은것인지는 모르겠음.
