We booked for the central location and were there for the last leg of our trip so wanted to spoil ourselves so choose an executive room so we also had lounge access which we made use of on a few occasions. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for us, and a special mention for “Monica” who bought a birthday cake to the room for me – thank you!

Would like share some good and bad experience. Firstly would like to appreciate Mr Hoang for advising us the best places to visit for food as we are vegetarian. Reception is a big chaos, we waited for 2 and 1/2 hrs and kept reminding after every half hour for our luggage to get in the room just due to we lost our baggage tag.

Pullman was a great choice. From checking in to checking out everything was smooth. The staff was attentive, helpful and smiling. We stayed in their Suite which had gr8 views. Would strongly recommend this hotel. I'm a vegetarian and they had decent options.
