We stayed as part of a package for the Olympics and so the hotel was quite full. Even though there were lots of other guests the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the receptioist to the cleaning staff and the staff in the breakfast buffet. I feel I have to congratulate the staff on the breakfast buffet especially as even though the place was full and items on the buffet kept running out the staff were superb in refilling the different foods and in cleaning away the dirty dishes and getting in clean cutlery and dishes. The staff made the stay excellent!

Beware, this hotel is owned by Novotel

We arrived hot and tired from Basil, Switzerland. We planned to stay for four days as a mini vacation in Paris before going home. We were given a very small, cramped room. The bed is not a bed but a pallet or a poorly made futon. The sheets were wrinkled and the bed appeared as though a small child had made the bed. The bed itself is not conducive to good rest. There were only two towels in the bathroom and no glasses of any kind. There was not facilities for making tea or coffee, no refrigerator and a tiny window that looks out over all of Paris, if it wasn't so dirty. No use trying to take a picture of the view. They cover this by pulling the drapes over the tiny window leaving the room dark and uninviting. I believe all the rooms are like this because the building itself sits on a tiny bit of property. Since it's Paris it's understandable but not the dirt. I spoke with the manager, but he knows nothing about the surrounding area. He was also unwilling to address any of my concerns about the hotel. I would not recommend any hotel operated by Novotel.

Budget hotel, expected for what we paid. Easy access to the metro and good enough for, site seeing. A distance outside the main city but metro 2 minute walk. Breakfast, ok but basic. Uncomfortable beds and noisey construction site nearby. I would go closer to the city next time.

The hotel is a little far away from the major attractions in Paris, but the rooms and complimentary breakfast were very nice. Yannick was extremely helpful at the front counter! Overall a great experience for the price and I would recommend it to other travelers.

Horrible service, lumpy bed, no room service at all, unhelpful staff. Decent restaurants nearby. Avoid if possible. Beware of trying to get a cab or Uber to airport. Allot at least two hours. Almost missed our flight because hotel’s location requires passing through HEAVY Paris traffic to airport.
