This location was an awesome find near Paris with a small drive and the availability to accommodate 5 adults into 1 room ~ 1 queen for 2 a pull out bed in same main area and additional side room that had 2 twin beds. The rooms are well kept, modern and clean. Breakfast was included and in which had a good selection to choose from. Traditional French pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. Free parking is available on site.

First time in an Ibis Budget, whilst room smaller than usual, it was clean, comfortable and had air conditioning. Staff were ultra friendly and professional. Breakfast was adequate and fresh. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive of the Hotel.

The rooms are very noisy and the WiFi is horrible. Don't go here if you need a good sleep.To do work on your laptop, it won't work. The reception Don.t Care and Don.t take any action so beter to go somewhere else.

Dear guest, We are sorry to know that your previous stay in our hotel did not match your expectations. As a reminder, when you reserve online, you have the possiblity to check the surroundings of an establishment before accepting to book a room. Should you have done that in the first place you probably would have noticed that the Ibis Budget of Château-Thierry is not very far away from driveways. It is always possible for you to ask for a specific room located on the farthest side of the road possible. I wish you could have further developed what you qualify as lacking from our team as this is not the usual way we treat our guests, so we are a bit puzzled by your comment. And if perchance the WiFi become faulty during your stay, rest assured it seemed to have been an unplanned incident that can occur anyday, anytime and to anybody anywhere. Modern, very clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent value for money for a budget hotel. Very small room, especially for 3 adults my daughter (17) had to pull her bed down from a wardrobe which we found amusing. Bed a bit to firm for me but that’s a personal preference, shower room excellent and shower very powerful. Breakfast basic bread, jam, cereal, fresh fruit all fresh also very good. Nice quiet little bar in the anointing Ibis (3*) and excellent pizzeria opposite. Great location for day drip to Disneyland Paris only 40mins drive

It is our pleasure that you recognize the value of our Ibis Budget brand for its price, although you seemed a bit disappointed by the size of the room. Rest assured you can order a bigger room anytime, or even ask to split your reservation since your grown-up daughter can enjoy a separate room while you enjoy the quietness of your own if need be. Otherwise our adjoined hotel Ibis, of the red brand, is indeed as you noticed a three-star one and could have offered you bigger accommodation for your stay as well. These are but options you could consider when returning to our lovely town. We are pleased to know you managed to find our nearby restaurants at your convenience and would also like to thank you for taking time to share your lovely experience online. We were very impressed with the level of service. All the employees greeted us warmly. We had a five person room and it was perfect for us. There were three of us. The room was sufficient for us passing through. We walked to dinner to a place in the parking lot. Everything went great. I would stay again.
