Ideal location for val d'europe and Disney

We were worried after reading reviews but it was so much better than expected and we will stay again. We arrived late at night about 11.30pm and the receptionist was helpful and friendly, reception area looked nice and they sell some drinks and snacks there. We had 2 rooms, both were clean and had a basic kitchen area but we didn't use it. Bathroom was modern, big and looked nice. We needed a twin room which luckily was available but I wish there was an option to book a twin on their app instead of a double, so I would know in advance we had the right beds needed. We had a balcony overlooking the lake which was lovely. We booked this hotel due to the great location, only a few minutes walk to Val d'europe shops and supermarket which we got drinks and snacks from the 1st day. It was a 25 minute walk to the Disney parks and village which was flat. Didn't use pool but it looked nice, we did sit by it to cool off. The only issue we had is that the air conditioning in 1 room didn't work which I reported the next day and my sons bed was squeaky. There is a bus outside to get to the parks but walking was nicer as the buses get very busy.

Had first night of four here. Location is ideal , from Disney and there's huge shopping centre a stones throw away. Yes room is in need of TLC in a few places but it's nothing major. Main bed is harder than I would like , but that's a preference. Decent tv but only local channels and for some reason can no longer cast to. WiFi is ok and easy to connect to. Have all you need really. Little shop at hotel , but there's also a liddle very near. For price and location it ticks all the boxes.

Excellent location, very tired accommodation, would not return.

The location, access to Disneyland and local shops are the absolute positives of this hotel. However, beyond the public areas, we found our accommodation to be very tired and not what we were expecting from either the photographs or the other reviews. Whilst we appreciate that as frequent travellers, we have high standards, the carpet was very stained, the skirtings, wardrobe, bathroom and other fitments were very much past their best. Moreover, for an 'aparthotel' , the kitchen equipment was woeful. On the first morning, there were no bowls and we had to plead for what turned out to be three chipped bowls from the breakfast room. The apartment was clean, yes, but we would certainly not recommend if you wish your accommodation to be more than a place to sleep.

I am totally not happy with this booking because of below problems 1. Room is smaller than what is booked 2. Water heating kettle is not there and they gave after 2-3 calls 3. No bedsheet to sleep only one is given. 4. When asked for bedsheet I have to got reception and carry myself nobody to send to room 5. Nobody pickup the call at reception 6. No friendly reception very rude and unfriendly 7. Very very bad service Note: rooms are much smaller than in photos. Sofa bed is so bad and uncomfortable.
