Asked to pay additional taxes even though receipt included taxes? Had to make own beds on arrival. Bath too small to use, and plug did not seal anyway. no kettle or toaster in room or available at reception. There are better hotels locally, in particular the sister Adagio down the street, we have stayed there many times without issue, it is a far superior place, admittedly more expensive, but worth it to have a bath, toaster and kettle and to have the beds made on arrival.

Very difficult to try to contact the hotel. Terrible communication.

Have been trying to contact the hotel regarding some electronics and an important toy that we accidentally left in our room. I tried to call them several times the same day that we checked out, and also e-mail the hotel. I got one answer to my e-mail to tell them what exactly we hade left behind, and after that SILENCE. So terrible service. It was our second time but there will be no third.

Booked the hotel through Disneyland Paris as this was a partner hotel and did not received the room type booked. Was initially checked into a much smaller room than paid for had to go back to change , still given the wrong room, eventually given another room , still not the correct room but was too frustrated to complain Staff is extremly unfriendly and un helpful They did not confirm the room and we had 4 random families walk into our room with a Key card, Manager was no help her response was you need to complain to Disney Amenities within the apartment was sufficient however no kettle and the room was never serviced. there is no kettle in the room and the heating was not the best Location was brilliant right next to Val de Europ which had loads of food options inchluding Halaal and shopping Outlet mall Valee Village also next door

Great location. Easy access to Disneyland. Free shuttle literally across the road. Shopping centre Just around the corner. Lots of little vars to eat withing a few steps. Everything was clean and tidy. Self catering apartment had absolutely everything in there you need. Great stay

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Unsafe and very shabby. We arrived late at night and given keys to room that faced onto a public carpark- no security or enclosed corridor but door to room can be accessed by public. Room inside was shabby, chipped paint everywhere, mouldy carpet, water smelled, toilet smelled strongly of urine, sheets clean but everything else very shabby. My kids were exhausted and went straight to sleep so didn’t want to move room that night but emailed to complain- left email address and contact number and asked for response. No reply. Next day we left early and locked door which had a very precarious looking lock on it. Came back late at night and door was lying wide open. Went straight to reception who were no help at all. Told us to check if anything had been taken and they would phone a manager who would deal with it the next day. When I went to reception in the morning no manager was available at weekend. Very rude lady said they received my complaint about the state of room and I should have asked for an upgrade. Not sure how we were to know there were upgraded rooms available. I asked for them to check cctv or systems to see who entered our room to be told they could see from door key usage it wasn’t accessed by hotel staff and we must have just left it open. Not interested at all. Have escalated this but hotel staff and Disney (booked through them) VERY unhelpful. Also 2 other guests said the same happened to them while I was at reception. Also noted the luggage room was used by everybody throughout the day without supervision so luggage not secure. This hotel does not take safety seriously. Also note- this is NOT adagio serris val d’europe. They are 2 dif hotels. The other looks much nicer. AVOID this one at all costs
