The Hotel is perfectly located, literally the RER Metro is just outside the door 1 stop away from Disney and the Val D’ Europe Shopping Centre is located 5 minutes walk away. Very warm and friendly welcome when we first arrived and the process was smooth and straightforward. Highly Recommended

Today the 9th of September 2023 myself and my wife checked out of our previous hotel and got the train to val d Europe . and then tried booking a taxi on Uber 5 times every time the driver would drive to the front of the station where we were not at we were at the exit as it followed the sings FromGetting offThe train . Every Uber driver either canceld without calling Me on the phone or calling and telling me to cancel . I was charged in full 3 times , I went in and asked the man on reception if he could help with a taxi he rang and booked me one and was very helpful. The taxi came who was also very helpful. I was impressed at this as we were not staying at this hotel . We did see this hotel whilst planning this time i the country but my wife wanted to be closer to Disney Paris the hotel we are in is 5 mins on the bus so that’s why we didn’t book With ibis thank you for the help

Perfect location, 1 stop away from Disney and 2 seconds walk from the train station. Breakfast is pretty basic but enough to start the day. Rooms are a good size, staff are also great. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and supermarkets

great hotel! the train station which takes you to disney or central paris is literally outside the front door, the rooms are basic but they are clean and cosy and the beds are very comfy! the staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel is nicely decorated and clean, there’s plenty of shops near by if you need any snacks but the hotel does have its own bar and restaurant. there’s fast free wifi too! would stay here again!

We weren’t expecting much from the hotel as we knew we had booked a low cost option. We only really slept here as we spent most of our time in the Disney parks. It was a good location, right next to the RER train station which meant we could get a train to Disneyland. There’s not really anything next to the hotel though, the shops and bars are a 10 minute walk or so. The main entrance looks quite modern but the rooms are quite basic/dated. We found the staff to be quite unfriendly, as though they didn’t want us there. We ordered a drink one night and felt like a hassle. We only stayed for one drink and found somewhere nicer to spend the evening.
