Dzień dobry, Dziękujemy za poświęcenie czasu na napisanie tej recenzji. Cieszymy się, że docenili Państwo lokalizację naszego hotelu. Jednocześnie przepraszamy za problem z lodówką, te są wymieniane. Jednocześnie przypominamy, że nasz zespół jest dostępny 24 godziny na dobę, 7 dni w tygodniu na wszelkie problemy, które mogą się pojawić. Poor attitude restaurant staff

Stayed here a few times now. Rooms are fine good size and decent shower. However will rethink coming back after today. I went to restaurant and asked if I can get a table or needed to book. Waitress said she didn’t know and said there was only herself and one other with a chef in 😕 and mentioned something about 1 euro. Then looking flustered pointed to tables. There were two groups of 4 and a table of 2. Plenty tables free. So again asked if I can get a table and she shrugged and walked off. Sorry but will not stay here again.

We are pleased that your room suited you in terms of space and amenities, however, we apologise if you felt that the service provided by our restaurant team was not up to the level expected; rest assured we will be addressing this with them. Note that we had to deal this week with two Covid cases in our staff, which forced us to work with students that were not as experienced as our regular team members, which does not excuse the situation, but hopefully explains it more fully. Not sure about some of the recent poor reviews - I found it lovely, better than your usual novotel hotel. Only stayed one night on our way back with a coach tour, so arrived quite late without time to use the amenities and no evening meal provided so can't comment. Check in was quick, room was lovely as was bathroom, tea and coffee making provided, along with bath robes and slippers. Not a vast, but good, choice of buffet food for breakfast which was all fine.

So bad it was laughable

Stayed with a coach party for a trip to the Belgian Grand Prix. Clearly the hotel cannot cope with coach parties. The first night we arrived after an 18 hour journey we were informed there was no food available at all. So had no option but to order Uber Eats as there is nothing really close by. Breakfast the next morning, utter chaos, no plates, no juice and piles of dirty plates everywhere, this carried on throughout our stay. Second night we were offered food but again total chaos . Third night again after a 12 hour day informed the hotel would not be offering any food. We called at the local takeaway and were told we had to take this back to our room, despite everyone in the bar on the first night were sat eating takeaways!!! Our key card boasted we could enjoy drinks and snacks in our fridge, the fridge was empty throughout our stay, apparently we should have had a Nespresso machine, again we didn't have one and apparently we should have had a bathrobe and slippers, again none provided. Shambolic hotel such a shame as on first impressions it seemed OK. It became a running joke on the coach how bad the hotel was.

Our executive rooms include additional amenities such as a bathrobe, slippers, Nespresso machine and a stocked minibar. All our other rooms have a fridge allowing our customers to keep their own drinks and food cool and apologise for any misunderstanding. In your case you came as part of a leisure group, so your room was not executive. Please don't hesitate to make us aware of any concerns so that they may be dealt with promptly. On the plus side - convent location, loads of Tesla charging points and decent sized rooms with good aircon. On the negative side - check in really slow and when eventually get there room not ready. Booked executive room - no nespresso machine - apparently stolen and no spares nor any other rooms that have them !! No stocked mini bar or robes. Still waiting for shower gel.... Couldn't really recommend - when compared to other Accor Hotels really quite disappointing.

Thank you for highlighting our Tesla destination chargers, one of the biggest in Belgium. However, we regret the issues you mentioned and are sorry for any inconvenience. There was obviously a mistake when cleaning your room prior to your arrival ; given the fact that Nespresso Machine had very recently been stolen, the cleaning staff did not realize that this room was supposed to be Executive, and forgot to put all the special amenities required. Please don't hesitate to let us know of any concerns as our team is available 24/7 to assist in making your stay as comfortable as possible, and can easily repair mistakes such as these.
