My son is having a sports competition în Bucharest and we choose this hotel. Very colored and nice.Food from the menu is with a big variety.Breakfast is very good and also has healthy food choices for my son . Our rooms is clean and spacious enough....and the bed is comfortable for my son to get good rest before competition. We will surely came back to stay in Bucharest just to visit and for sure we will stay here again.

I just came back with my family and i found the same warm and friendly atmosphere. I was very happy to see again Dana from restaurant .She is very nice and helpfull. Our room is very big and clean and we received a nice welcome back card from the hotel. Breakfast food is very tasty and i am happy to eat it again. I love it.

The hotel is located in the financial area of ​​Bucharest and offers quality services. We used the conference room and the equipment was very good. Both the services and the hotel facilities are of high quality. They provided us with qualified personnel and directed us to everything we needed. The staff is very nice and hospitable. The hotel is clean, well-kept and has a specific atmosphere. I highly recommend the location and you will surely be very satisfied!

It was a pleasure to be with in this nice hotel. The rooms are big and always clean,with very good pillows to sleep onthe staff is very friendly and helpfull.The food is delicious and a great variety for breakfast.A la carte menu with a lot if choices.

Good restaurant one great personal but lack of professionalism holds it back

Wow what is it with the hostile attitude to people of colour who don't know English , Alex screamed at me one old simple member of the restaurant staff kept quizzing me about my country of origin another man in the bar tried accuse me of being South Asian all objectionable people who make assumptions because your colour is a bit different from being out in the Bucharest sun. In my country most are lighter then me so I had to tell the older man a story to stop his nonsense questions . Which made me very uncomfortable.When I booked this hotel they falsley said Spanish is spoken and understood no one really did . Anymore then Speedy Gonzales I didn't mind as I was learning Romanian . I had no English at the time I picked this hotel to mitigate for this because the listing said something , that was not a reality . Today I can write English and I learnt it for the job at the time I could speak Spanish and my language - my language is not a world language but the staff even though I know how to lessen complications were looking to make me feel uncomfortable it seemed even though I went out my way to keep things simple . I only met one friendly professional person there the younger gentleman and the kitchen team make good food . The younger waiter was well mannered and professional and not intrusive sorry that I can't rate higher due to other factors . In my country we are different colours and all of us can handle our alcohol better then most other nations . For this factor the older waiter made nasty comments about my speed of drinking which was caused no concern to anyone except a narrow minded person I was a paying guest , How I spend my hard earned money needs no comment from someone employed in hospitality . Then the next morning upon checking out the manager angrily confronted me for leaving bad feedback then it seemed tried to black mail by saying I could have a late check out for a few hours if I take back such comments. I never spoke English at the time but could see her entitled manner was not what you would expect from an international chain . She had no empathy or real concern about the issues the senior manager was really arrogant did not come out and speak to the client just made an offer that is laughable . It appears they thought I was a lesser person who would settle for crumbs . By the way I was after no offer and just wanted to leave and see better aspects of Romania . I told the unsmiling lady I don't care about a few extra hours in my country we drink a lot and go to work on heavy machines the next and can still function . Do you really think I need to recuperate at all ? I told them I'm leaving and going to take up more professional accommodation where I can better focus on learning the Romanian language I went out into the beautiful Bucharest winter the weather is much more pleasant here then in my country and met kinder Romanian people on that day. Rooms were decent great location but the international standards team should look at the image this hotel is presenting through the behaviour of some pivotal staff members . If it has not already been adressed .
