We stayed in this hotel as a part of our tour, for 2 nights only. We liked the modern style of the hotel which creates a surprising contract with the older buildings surrounding the city. The rooms are comfortable and large enough. The breakfast was good. Hotel is also close to the main central area (Unirii) of Bucharest and also the so-called "historical center" which is mainly an area full of restaurants, bars and pubs available at night. Therefore, the hotel may be also suitable for travelers who like a night-out during their stay in the walking proximity.

Mi habitación estaba perfecta. Todo limpio y con un baño grande. El personal con el que traté fue en todo momento muy amable y correcto. Muy bien ubicado, con metro y bus, céntrico pero en una zona tranquila. El desayuno fue variado y todo muy correcto. A veinte minutos andando al parlamento, y también al barrio antiguo. A sólo cinco minutos de Piata Unirii donde puedes disfrutar en verano los fines de semana del bonito espectáculo de sus fuentes, con luz y música.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the metro, and appears to have been recently renovated. We were fortunate that our room was ready when we arrived early so that’s pretty cool! On the positive side, the restaurant/bar team was friendly, and the front office manager always greeted us with a smile. The receptionist who checked us in wasn’t particularly helpful when we had a billing issue; she actually seemed very uninterested in resolving it and just told me she didn’t know what to say. I had to email the management to get a response regarding my query. Apart from that experience with one staff member, I would recommend this hotel for a short/business trip or if you plan on spending most of your time out rather than at the hotel itself.

Upgrade di camera non offerto (come al solito in questo hotel) nonostante la membership "ALL Accor Platinum" e la tessera ALL Voyajeur. La camera era stata comunque dotata con dell'acqua in cartone ed un mini prosecco, assieme ad accappatoio e ciabattine. In camera mancava come sempre un cestino perl'immondizia, a parte uno piccolo nel bagno. Alle mie rimostranze, la ragazza della reception, peraltro gentilissima e (almeno apparentemente) dispiaciuta, mi ha assicurato che le mancanze (come una normale dotazione di drinks nel minibar) sarebbero state risolte l'indomani, e così effettivamente è stato. La colazione era molto buona e variegata, il personale in generale molto cortese. Le camere Superior sono abbastanza modeste e non modernissime per un hotel a 4 stelle, ma in generale accettabili. Mancherebbe poco per raggiungere un punteggio 5/5, ma da un annetto o due a questa parte tutte le volte che ritorno in questo hotel ho l'impressione che manchi sempre qualcosa per raggiungere l'eccellenza.
