Great stay at the Novotel Bucharest. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant staff were excellent as well. A special thank you to Cristina from the restaurant for her outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Rooms were too warm with no ability to turn down heating. Hotel advised rooms are set at 26 degC for winter. Apart from that hotel is in great location, beds comfortable and good breakfast

Typical Novotel but with daily linens changes, that’s unusual but very welcome. Central location, good but simple breakfast and professional convention center. However, the spa needs renovation.

Out of all my extensive travel, this Hotel got the one thing wrong you can’t You book a hotel to mainly sleep and the rooms were 74-76 degrees, pretty much impossible to sleep in. Our tour group had about 20 couples on various floors and our personal fiend group of) 8 ) plus others complained the next day. When we came back from our tour for the day we thought it would be fixed, it wasn’t . They sent maintenance came up at 6pm. They were rude and showed me the temp on the thermal reader at 74 degrees for me 76 for another and basically said deal with it. If we weren’t already leaving tomorrow, we would have canceled the room. No sheet only a heavy duvet with a cover. Unless you can sleep in heat avoid this hotel!
