As a valued Diamond member, your comments are particularly important to us, and we sincerely appreciate your loyalty. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our central location, comfortable room with a balcony, bathroom, and swimming pool. At the same time, we regret that certain aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Thank you for bringing the dust on the light fixtures and your concerns regarding the toilet’s water refill system and pool cover to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve, and we will share your comments with our team for consideration.
