Hotel polozony blisko Paulista. Wyposazenie stare, podniszczone. Na sniadaniu jedzenie okropne, zimne jajka sadzone, zimne kielbaski smazone, bardzo maly wybor jedzenia, brak czarnej herbaty. W ostatnim dniu pobytu wylaczyli zimna i ciepla wode bez jakiejkolwiek informacji wczesniej. Brak mozliwosci umycia sie przed lotem, nie mowiac juz o nieczynnych toaletach. Bardzo slabo to wygladalo.

Szanowny Panie Sylwesterze M., Dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoimi uwagami na temat pobytu w naszym hotelu. Przykro nam słyszeć o Pana doświadczeniach związanych z jakością posiłków oraz brakiem wody. Centrally located in Paulista area and offers a varied breakfast buffet. Roooms are well appointed and spacious, however, look a bit dated. Onsite gym is rather small and insufficiently ventilated. Services need an upgrade - a four star hotel should just offer drinking water and daily addition of coffee/tea.Over coures of week, required three times assistance with failing door lock.

Worst experience ever! Booked room been sold to walk in

Worst experience ever. We booked and paid for the suites days in advance, but upon arrival we were forced to stay in the standard rooms because all suites been sold to walk in customers at much higher rates!! No credibility at all! Never come again!!

Good things: - great location just 3 minutes from Av Paulista - big and comfortable bedrooms - very helpful and kind reception staff Bad things: - it’s an old hotel with many issues - bedroom entry cards get deactivated all the time. You get frequently locked out and you need to go to reception and activate your door card every time you move from the room - there’s a collection of different pillows on the bed. Some old and stained with yellow sweat stains - disgusting (see pictures). Some flat and worn out. Some ok. - air conditioning in the bedroom hardly works. It’s set up non stop on 17 degrees and the room is still very warm - there are only 2 elevators and they are very slow. They are card activated but cards sometimes work and sometimes don’t work. It’s very frustrating - air conditioning in lobby restaurant area doesn’t work. It’s very hot and uncomfortable - bedroom TV has very bad reception and includes mostly news and Brazilian channels. Just super boring.

WiFi was terrible. They only allow 2 connections per room which is inadequate for 2 business people. Connections also needed to be reset often. Restaurant food was good but they only had one wine by the glass, a red. Wait staff were not knowledgeable about what they had on menu. Had to ask someone else.
