We enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and looks nice. Rooms are clean, updated, and quiet. The bathroom and shower are modern and pleasing. The location is wonderful and within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and shopping centers. Joao was extremely helpful and easy to work with, during check in and during our stay. He was responsive to our needs and provided excellent customer service. We checked out with Edward and he was also very friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased with our experience.

Paulo & Eduardo were very helpful at the reception desk! They explained many details about the hotel, about my stay, and were particularly helpful with trying to solve an issue with a hotel charge. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The food and beverage options were fantastic!

Breakfast service was excellent. Jean Filipe is very attentive, smilling and available. Arranging, he reorganizes the tables so that we can be all together. He offers us all the options on the menu. He apologizes for the delay in orders. Very efficient, congrates !
