I visited Pullman in September and was served by lovely Fernands. The service was excellent and will defiantly be returning! The food was one of a kind and the different flavors were combined in the most perfect way! Would recommend if your staying in São Paulo

Jean Filipe is a very good waiter, professional, nice & attentive… Great buffet : eggs station, pal de quejo, pancakes, avocado toasts, bakery, fresh fruits, juices, a lot of hot drinks… Good food, nice place, staff top… Very good experience

Big shoutout to some of the many employees that make my frequent stay at this location extremely enjoyable with their outstanding service and hospitality. From check-in to Check-out. Welcomed and assisted by the “Captain” relax after a long day at IT restaurant Marcus & Fernando. Great start of the day with Breakfast buffet served by Lu & Celia. Tonight’s checkout Ximenes was impressive helping me. Future guests the Pullman Ibirapuera Team makes me feel valued and cared. You will enjoy it!
