Very great hotel. Close to the train station and close to the old town. Rooms very big and with a balcony. Very clean and the reception employees very helpful. Shopping centre just across the road.

A good location - 10 mins walk to the centre . The apartment was clean and had all the necessary items . The bed was comfortable . The staff at reception are helpful and efficient . It's not luxurious but it ticks the boxes for a few nights at a fair price . You are responsible for bring your own rubbish to the bin room at the end of your stay.

Absolutely devastating experience of stay in this so called hotel. Hospitality is down the drain. Rude reception, as if they are doing favour on you by keeping you in their hotel. Close to zero amenities. Never in my life would visit this hotel again. I wonder it’s Accor group.

An adequate place to spend your time in Nice

A decent Aparthotel, nothing fancy , but adequate. Location : near old town , easily accessible by bus and tram .A little bit away from the promenade . Room : Adequate , don’t expect much and you would be satisfied. Decent size , kitchenette also satisfactory, beds comfy , reasonably furnished. Laundry was not working , did not use the rooftop pool , nor did we have breakfast . Marie at the reception was quite helpful . There’s a MacDonalds and Carrefour bang opposite.

Nice hotel, bad pool rules!

A nice little hotel in a good location! Room was a nice size with a balcony. The only issue we found was the pool! We webt up to the pool and had a bottle of water taken off us (bare in mind it was around 30°c) by the security guard that had to read the rules himself, whilst other people had bottles of pop around the pool- we sat down and within a second the security guard told us to take our shoes off even though we were far away from the pool and others had shoes on. Unfortunately we didn't go back after this experience.
