It is gratifying to know that, regarding our internal services, you had an excellent experience. We deeply regret the incident you experienced in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, public safety is a challenge in large cities. Regarding the chargers, we apologize for the initial miscommunication. Our housekeeping process follows strict protocols for checking and recording forgotten items, which can sometimes take time before an item is properly processed in our Lost & Found system. We are glad they were located and remain at your disposal to coordinate the shipping, should you still be interested.
