Delta Airlines put us up here because our flight was delayed. We were thrilled with our room, the food and beach access which were all complimentary. The rooftop wasn’t too crowded yet everything was pleasant. Marcus gave excellent service and the ceviche was quite tasty. The place had a nice view, even though we came at night. All in all a very pleasant experience. Good food, good service

Great stay at Novotel! Viana helped us a lot and he speaks very good English so it was helpful as not many of the other staff did. I would just say that it would be nice to increase the number of English speaking staff and that the use of the elevator was really annoying as sometimes we had to wait 5/10 minutes for an elevator to be free and we lost a lot of time. But the room was clean, the rooftop was such a good experience and breakfast was delicious. Thank you! See you soon ;)

The hotel is in a central location around the corner from the beach and adjacent to Copacabana. Great views from the rooftop & swimming pool. Rooms are small, but clean, the one issue is the elevators, they run individually and take too long.
