Great experience from start to finish! Aline and Leonardo were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Due to the terrible storms in the US with all the cancellations our flight back from Rio to North Carolina was delayed for four days. Delta was excellent and sponsored our stay at the Novotel hotel in Copacabana. Because our vouchers paid for food in the hotel, we had to eat in the hotel and the food was excellent. After being on a cruise ship for 23 days, we’re a little tired of the beef, but the Brazilian beef was very flavorful with outstanding preparation. Our server in the restaurant tonight Mila was very good. There were some customers who were demanding more tables and she got us a table and was quite authoritative, and it worked up best for both parties.
