직원분들의 친절한 안내와 함께 배정된 룸으로 들어갔을때 석촌호수뷰가 진짜 황홀했어요 룸도 깔끔하고 모든것이 만족스러워 다시 한번 꼭 묵어야겠다고 생각했어요~~

Ich war für einen Urlaub in Korea zweimal in dem Hotel (mit Lounge-Zugang). Mit Abstand das beste Hotel, das ich erlebt habe. Einfach nur traumhaft - die Zimmer, das Personal, das Schwimmbad mit dem Whirlpool, der Fitnessraum, die Lounge und das Essen. Bei der Anreise beachten, Taxifahrer können in der Regel kein Englisch, daher Hotelname und Adresse auf Koreanisch bei sich führen. Das Hotel ist Fuß weit von Lotte Tower, von der "Innenstadt" mit dem Palast allerdings 40min mit der Metro. Die Jamsil-Station ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Ausgang 1 und der Straße folgen).

As you mentioned, it is true we are very close to public transports, several bus stops and also next to two metro lines including the circular ones which is the best to discover the city. Moreover, there are many attractive spots for tourists such as attractions, shopping areas and eateries surrounding Sofitel. Très bien à tout point de vue. Belle chambre, très confortable, personnel serviable et professionnel. Cadre agréable, proche station métro et à 2 pas de la Lotte Tower. PDJ excellent et bien entendu très varié. Salle fitness spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le bémol concerne la piscine. Choisissez le bon créneau pour être au calme sinon cela ressemblerait plutôt à un parc d'attraction pour enfants (hurlements en prime). Etions une première fois le matin, tranquille, agréable et voulions y retourner le lendemain, une horreur... le Whirlpool est censé être interdit au moins de 13 ans et pourtant il était plein d'enfants en bas âge... bref il semblerait que le week-end ce soit plutôt un hôtel familial.

We are sorry to hear your experience at swimming pool on your second day. We control the number of people access by dividing sessions during the peak seasons as our 25-meters long upscale pool, one of the hot spots in Media, is offering an incredible panoramic view of Seokchon Lake and downtown Seoul. Pertaining to whirlpool access, under 13-year-old children are allowed when accompanied by a guardian. We would pay more attention to take care of our guests under supervision. 최근 출산과 육아로 고생한 아내를 위해 Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences 호캉스를 다녀왔습니다. 호텔의 장점인 조식 피트니스 수영장 등 호텔 서비스를 모두 이용할 있었으며, 일반적인 호텔의 단점인 아기용품 수유공간 아기놀이시설 부족 등 여러가지 부분을 모두 보완할 수 있는 소피텔의 '레지던스'였습니다. 정수시설 / 젖병세척 / 유팡 젖병소독기 / 아기욕조 / 침대가드 / 아기침대 / 아기놀이시설 등 아기와 떠나는 여행에서 챙겨야 하는 많은 물품들을 제공받아 너무 만족하며 이용할 수 있었습니다. 화장실도 2개로 나눠져 있고, 넓은 공간에다가 욕조도 커 7개월 27개월 두 자녀와 함께 이용하기에 딱 좋았습니다. 수영장은 유아풀뿐만 아니라 노천탕도 함께 있어 가족들과 함께 몸을 녹일 수 있었습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 가장 중요한 점은 직원의 친절이라고 생각하는데, 백점 만점에 이백점을 남기고 싶습니다. 저도 대면 상담 관련 서비스직에 근무하며 친절하고 좋은 직원분 성함을 기억해 글로 남기는고자 하는데, cathy와 liu, 이소현대리님이 친절히 도움주셔서 참 기억에 많이 남습니다. 편안한 여행이 될수 있도록 도움주셔 감사합니다
