Dear Benoit D., Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your patronage and the opportunity to serve you. However, we sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations and for the disappointment you experienced during your visit. We are especially sorry to learn that your room preferences were not properly reflected and that the noise level and insufficient sound insulation affected your comfort despite your request for a quiet room. In addition, we deeply regret to hear about your experience at the breakfast restaurant. It is disappointing to know that our team came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, making you feel unwelcome during your dining experience.
