A factory of a hotel with location redeeming feature

We went for a superior room with balcony. A waste of money as on 3rd floor little view over hotel entrance and a lot of screaming kids running the corridor. Room also didn't smell the freshest and rather dark with bland decor. Felt like a very busy hotel with the full range of Coach parties, business men and families. 10 min queue just to get into breakfast and coffee took 15 min from order. Choice rather limited. Location was good although arriving by car and unloading can be stressful at peak periods as limited space for cars by entrance.

Another Accor property classified well above its actual offering. This is a Grand Mercure at best. Think Sofitel Gold Coast definitely not a Sofitel and this is definitely not a 5 star Pullman. In room dining terrible Staff at breakfast have an antiquated system of registering guests for breakfast! Where is your guest list? I had to remind the same people each morning I was platinum and yet still breakfast appeared on my final bill. No fresh berries, no smoked salmon 5 star you say?? Novotel level breakfast. The lounge is a joke. It’s more a modern cafeteria. Bench seating and a cold rolled middle area. The lounge attendant is dry and boring. He also pack up everything early. The coffee machine was taken away for a few days and I had to ask for it. Happy hour food is pathetic and cheap. No breakfast here either. The lounge is on the ground floor next to front desk so expect to hear lots of noise and kids screaming. That said kids were allowed entry into the lounge despite alcohol restrictions?? Rooms are the most depressing decor I have ever encountered. Doors slam loud and walls rattle type of hotel. Other than location nothing redeeming here. Stay at Playford or intercontinental if you want a genuine 5 star. Adelaide Pullman are delusional if they think they are.

Right from when we checked in we could not feel more welcome & valued as guests. Aurelia (reception), Peter (concierge) & Bowman in the Lounge went over & above to make our save special. The location in central Adelaide was perfect for what we wanted to do, our room was comfortable and had a fantastic view out over the square. Breakfast, and evening meals, in the restaurant were great. Thank you to the team for an amazing time, we will be back when we next come to Adelaide.

Very nice hotel, great location on Hindmarsh Square. A minute around the corner to Rundle Mall. Very accessible traffic route into/out of Airport. Room was a nice large room with a good size bathroom. Great outlook over park. Concierge staff Peter and Jean-Baptiste were very helpful, with recommendations to Hahndorf.

L'albergo Pullman Adelaide offre un'esperienza positiva nel complesso, con stanze pulite e ben fornite con prodotti per la persona di buona qualità. La sua posizione centrale è un punto forza. Il personale è molto cortese. Offre anche un servizio di deposito bagagli. Tuttavia, c'è spazio per migliorare l'organizzazione nella sala colazione e aumentare la varietà dei prodotti offerti. Esperienza molto positiva, ci torneremmo molto volentieri è sicuramente lo consigliamo.
