We only stayed here for a few nights but loved it. Hotel was practically brand new, staff were great and the services were good. Pool was a bit chilly but still lovely - Breakfast was the classic Sofitel buffet which was epic as always!

The service we received from booking to departing was above all else we have received anywhere else. We stayed for our Honeymoon and from the moment we stepped inside we were pampered. We were given an upgrade to a suite which was absolutely stunning with champagne, cheese platter, chocolates and a beautiful card on arrival. The staff in the Club Millésime were fabulous and Chloe always made sure we were looked after. Breakfast every morning was fabulous and Gogo made our last morning there so much fun and one to remember. We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly be back again. Thank you for making our first few nights as Husband and Wife ones we will never forget

This is my 3rd stay at Sofitel Adelaide. First 2 stays were a brief 1 night stay. I booked a standard room with no club benefits, and then a corner room with no club benefits. The corner room was amazing. They fulfilled my request for a high floor with a nice view. It was perfect. I enjoyed my first stays as the staff and service is top notch (I had one bad experience with a waitress down in the Dejavu bar in the lobby), the rooms are warm, comfortable, beautiful, and tech savvy. It’s easy to stream Netflix or youtube from your phone to the large sized TVs. The beds are so comfortable. Majority of the staff cater to any reasonable request to make the stay as comfortable as possible. For my third and current stay, I upgraded myself to a suite with club access. The suite is lovely. However, I had better views the first 2 stays with the more standard rooms; so that was disappointing. Housekeeping is fantastic. Apart from the previous awful experience on my second stay with the staff member in the bar; I cannot fault the other staff here at Sofitel Adelaide. I most likely won’t get a club access room again, as I don’t feel that the price justifies what you get. Save your money and go get afternoon tea and dinner drinks at the many trendy bars close by. I’m looking forward to my next stay at Sofitel Adelaide. Thank you to all the staff present during my stay.

Rooms are spacious, clean with all the facilities required for a luxurious stay. The bar downstairs offered a relaxing experience but the bar and restaurant on the 9th floor is outstanding. We found the staff in the bar and restaurant excellent with a special mention to Aaron for friendly and professional service.

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and wonderful staff! The club lounge provided excellent service, delicious afternoon tea, a beautiful breakfast and the staff could not do enough for you! Can highly commend 👌
