+ Breakfast is good. + Room is nice. +/- I don't remember whether they already have smart TV or not. - Location isn't so strategic, I THINK.

A warm welcome at check-in, with our Gold status recognised was a perfect start to our short stay. The property is well situated and has a number of malls and attractions nearby. It used to be a Grand Mercure and the renovations have enhanced the look and design of the hotel. It is modern and clean, without being cold. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. We loved our room in both terms of decor and facilities. We can’t fault anything. It is the first hotel I can remember, where we received a “Good Night”on our television screen, which was a cute touch! Looking forward to a longer stay next time. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay at Mövenpick Surabaya City. The hotel is modern, beautifully maintained, and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere perfect for both business and leisure. The afternoon tea was a real highlight - beautifully presented with a lovely selection of sweet and savoury bites, served in a stylish setting. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff throughout the hotel were warm, attentive, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next trip to Surabaya.
