staying at this hotel was such a great experience. the breakfast was so good with plenty of delicious options. the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable. the facilities were excellent, including separate swimming pools for adults and children, which was really convenient. there were also water dispensers in every corner of the building, which was a thoughtful and useful touch. overall, everything was well-maintained and enjoyable.

Had a nice experience staying in this hotel for 2 nights. Staff was very helpful from receptionist to doorman and especial thanks to Mr. Rizka who picked up us from the airport at late night and he was very polite and drove perfectly.

I stayed in room 2005 (Superior suite). The superior suite at this hotel was excellent, except for the curtains that didn't close properly and the JBL speaker in the bedroom that didn't work properly. Personally I liked here better than Hotel Majapahit. Late check-out - a perk for Accor elite members above platinum - was also available until 4 pm. Despite being a 4-star hotel, this hotel has an executive lounge. I'm grateful that this hotel offers a lounge for Accor platinum/diamond members. The only downside was that the breakfast menu was mostly Indonesian so I didn't have much to eat besides salad and an omelet. Other than me there were hardly any foreign guests and almost all were Indonesian. So this is completely understandable. The bar staff were all friendly, I'd like to praise a very young male intern. I put a security deposit on my Amex, but there was a problem with the deposit cancellation upon checkout. This is not the employees' fault, it is stupid BCA's problem. I hope they can resolve this issue asap.

The staff are friendly and attentive, quickly clearing plates and assisting guests when needed. Although the restaurant can be quite crowded during peak hours, the service remains efficient.
