Great location! We’ve come for a sunny Christmas break and this place provides a great location. Staff are very attentive and easy to get food and drink poolside. Part of a wider resort so plenty of options locally or rather afield to explore.

We spent a week here and was not disappointed, the staff are exceptional and I mean all the staff. The reception staff are so helpful and will give great advice on everything Bang Tao. The dinning room staff are on their game attentive and so fast. The room was spotless and comfortable, there is a small tuktuk that will shuttle you down to Boat Avenue and back very handy service. This is truly the Cassia of a thousand 😃 Great job everyone 👏 👍 🙌 👌

December holiday in December 2024, cloudy first 10 days but. Tatar, Oat, Fang Jaee and Ploy took care of us.👍👍👍

Very nice visit, friendly staff Been here for two weeks, sun chairs on and good restaurants on the beach. Been in the local market and also on a trip to James Bond Island. Very pleasant room with a view over the lagoon and beach. Shuttle boat for transport to the beach.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at Cassia Hotel and Vista Restaurant. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The service was outstanding, and we really appreciated how welcoming everyone made us feel. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We have a lovely stay, nice swimming pool, friendly staff, specially Bonus, she help us a lot. we get late check out, free shuttle boat to beach, and hotel beach seat, we have good breakfast, easy to go to patong, for sure, we will go back again.
