The best experience ever!! The staff is just awesome and so helpful and kind. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel provides all the amnisties you need to make your staying as pleasant as possible. I can't wait to come back! Definitely recommend.

Love the bed and pillows. They have 4 aircond unit which i thought was an overkill but with Phuket weather, its just perfect! Everything was very neat and clean. They prepared a nice message for our anniversary and that was sweet. They have a mart to get wine anytime too!

I had a great experience at Cassia! Met a lot of lovely people and friends! I will be back again with my family! I love the people and the staff because they are very nice. The people are lovely but only one downside is the music is quite loude. But overall, everyone good!

Love the view & the surrounding area. Staff are super friendly! Able to use the restaurants & facilities of all the sisters hotel & recharge back to the room is super cool. Another good feature is the free shuttle bus within the Laguna area ... Nice!

Wonderful hotel with very comfortable experience. The pool is super. The breakfast is very delicious. Especially the receptionist Jules and Junna,, They were so helpful and happy to help all the way. I thank both of them so much for having such great time,,
