This is not our first time staying at this Novotel Phuket Kamala hotel. It offers excellent value for money, delicious and varied breakfasts, comfortable rooms, and a well-designed pool. A special thanks to the staff for their responsiveness.

Miss Jane at Novotel Phuket Kamala guided us wonderfully in selecting the perfect ocean-side room for our first anniversary. The room was amazing, situated right on Kamala Beach. Thank you for your kind assistance in making our day memorable and peaceful.

This place is the definition of beachfront hotel. The hotel is right on a private beach with crystal blue waters and white sand. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Kathy and Jane. I ate there everynight and enjoyed the food. As an extra bonus the hotel is right next to the carnival magic show which is a must see show of color and artistry. Overall highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel from February 9th to 22nd, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The entire staff was incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Without a doubt, this is the best destination in Kamala Beach! A special thank you to Nice & Aom from the reception team – they were absolutely fantastic! Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. They always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel truly valued as a guest, this is it. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for making our holiday so special!

This hotel is a true gem! Perfectly located with a peaceful beach and breathtakingly beautiful water. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.
