Not quite worth the money.

Let’s start on the positive side. The staff is very friendly and smiling, the hotel is nicely situated by the lake close to the Beach. Room With one masterbedroom and one single bedroom and quite small, beds ok but not great. We were two small kids and three adults - and we didn’t have much space - two bathrooms which worked well and a nice balcony facing the Lake. Hotel has a nice poolcomplex, restaurants and a little fleetservice takes you cross the lake to the Beach in a few minutes. On the down side, food is terrible - poor quality - not cooked probably and long wait for the food - up to 40 minutes - and after getting food for the adults - we still have not got the meals for the children - after two of these experiences - we did not eat at the hotel anymore during out stay. Plenty of good food on the Beach cafe’s and in the nearby city main street. Beach is very nice. When we left the hotel, there was nobody at the reception - so we looked around and after 10 minutes wait finally a person came around to check us out, just for us to realize that the airport transfer, we booked in the reception the day before - was not booked by the hotel which meant that we had to wait another 30 minutes for the airport transfer, simple not good enough! We still maneged to catch our plane. So due to this experience on our vacation at the hotel, we will book elsewhere another time.

Perfect location and staff are ever helpful. Location is between the airport and Patong so minimises traffic issues with departures. Beach clubs and restaurants nearby. Hotel has a funky vibe to it which makes it more relaxing. Complimentary shuttle bus takes you to nearby shops n restaurants and is pretty much immediate. Great stay!

Good service. They have different services to make your stay very comfortable. Such as the shuttle to Patong/Central. Nice room, enough space. Very nice bed, slept very good. They also help you very well if you have questions. Also, Ead helpt me very well!

The hotel has a bit of a youth hostel vibe. If you like that than you will enjoy it. It’s loud and busy. The rooms are very good value and the location is great. Small in size but the rooms have what you need. The staff could do with better English. The restaurant is dreadful. Really bad food, not cheap and bad service. Probably the worst place we ate in Phuket.

Its a nice Hotel. The breakfast was very good a lot of different choices from all over the world and the rooms are lovely and clean. The staff is very helpful. We would stay here again. Good price for what you get. The Shuttle boat to the Beach was really fun.
