Good room, nice massage & good birthday party arrangement. Thx Lucky. Staffs are well trained, polite excellent service. Also, they have free shuttle bus, to visit other hotels & shopping mall in Laguna area, very convenient. I'll likely come back later.

The experience in Banyan Tree Phuket is definitely perfect! The villa is clean and well maintained despite it's a 30 years resort. We are feeling so well taken care of in Banyan Tree. The staff here are super nice and friendly. You can see they have their smiles on all the time. I was not feeling well during my stay and skipped breakfast but Tiffy's team (O, Gem, Pang, Men, Ton, Wut and Chef Poo) were being so caring and offered me food and ginger tea. They constantly check on my condition and make me felt like home. There are a lots of activities the resort can offer. You will never get bored here!
