We have spent 4 weeks travelling around Thailand, this hotel was our last stop as its nearer to Phuket airport for our trip home, So we booked for 2 days, I found it a very busy hotel Wasn’t very impressed with the pool area beds are very uncomfortable, The rooms are nice with a lovely view lovely beach area, no beds directly on the beach, Everything in the hotel is very highly priced compared to the other places we have been staying, even to hire a scooter which we have been doing was over double the price, I won’t return to this area.

The lobby staff were exceptional! From the moment we walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail. A special shout-out to Charlotte for her outstanding service- she made me feel like a valued guest. The lobby team’s dedication and positive attitude reflect the high standards of the hotel.

Arrived and immediately noticed the tired and not particularly clean lobby. Was horrified by the rooms that were offered. The hallways had a terrible smell and were flat out dirty. The rooms were not better. The staff offered no suggestions other than that they would not charge us to cancel. As it was Songkrun, it was not easy to find an alternative. We did. But the staff also refused to help us in any way. The rooms were so below standard, I can not do justice with pictures.

On the day of your arrival, we were hosting Songkran celebrations, one of Thailand’s most vibrant cultural events, which may have contributed to a busier-than-usual atmosphere in the public areas. We understand that you had requested connecting rooms, and we regret that we were unable to accommodate this preference due to high occupancy during the holiday period. However, we did offer the opportunity to inspect the room prior to check-in, and assured you there would be no cancellation fee should you decide not to proceed with your stay. While we were unable to provide compensation for your transportation to another hotel, our team remained available and courteous throughout your time at the property, doing our best within the circumstances. We are very sorry that we did not have the opportunity to improve your impression during your stay. Your feedback has been shared with my management team for further review, and we will continue working to enhance both our service and facilities. Right off of the beach

For us the greatest attraction for this hotel was it was right off of the beach. As in you walk out of your room through the deck area of the hotel and you're out on the stand of the beach. The part of the beach are honest to the very north, and is fortunately quieter. From the extreme North end of the beach to the very South end is about a 20 to 25 minute walk. The breakfast at the hotel was really good, and for the effort it takes to find breakfast early in the morning elsewhere, it was worth it. You can have any other meal at the hotel, but if you walk 15 to 20 minutes down the beach, you can access the roads to busier areas with other restaurants as well. The staff was polite, and provided service with a smile. Room service did a great job of cleaning up our room, which is not easy in any Beach hotel where sand is constantly an issue. Usually the driver app services would arrive to the hotel within a minute to 5 minutes, and had no problems finding the hotel to drop this off. We we're not disturbed by the music from hotels or establishments for their down south... They all seem pretty polite about not cranking up the music. I think I would stay here with my family again, if I was looking for a quieter space away from a lot of hustle and bustle. To get to the busier parts of Phuket, it did cost a bit of money to take the driving services out there. For example, a larger night market which was about 35- 40 minutes away, cost us about a $28 round trip. So if you're going to frequent those areas, you may want to consider a hotel in a busier area... But the reason you stay on Kamala Beach is to stay get a quieter setting.

The room was quite ok but the view from balcony showed just a big grey wall of the next hotel. Good breakfast and serviceminded staff in the restaurant. Very good service provided by Kathy and Nice in the lobby. Thank you Koy for an excellent room service.
