Very accommodating staff, the room is well maintained both breakfast and dinner are satisfying.they even surprised my wife for her birthday. highly recomended 10star.. thank you Angsana Resort and Spa.

Fantastic experience, leaving my kid at Ranger kids club with Maria & Benny attending to him. He had a wonderful time with their companies. Friendly and attentive, wonderful staff! Many thanks to them!

We had an amazing time during our visit in December 2019. The kids had so much much fun too and the food served by the chef Mr Honey Bhatt was fantastic and out of the world! We would definitely visit again.

We first stayed at Angsana Bintan over 15 years ago when the complex was quite new. In the best possible sense, nothing has changed except for the addition of a Beach Club. The hotel staff are just as welcoming and efficient, the dining experiences excellent and the accommodation comfortable. We were in Bintan to play golf and to relax. The Laguna Golf course (our 'local') was very enjoyable to play and in excellent condition. We stayed for a week on this occasion and received a complimentary room upgrade, possibly reflecting how quiet the resort was as a result of the coronavirus scare currently sweeping the world. I understand comments from other reviewers on the somewhat dated decor and high prices (particularly when service and government charges add over 20% to quoted costs), but the positives far outweighed the negatives. One thing I do wish is that a top sheet for the bedding was offered. It was a bit too cool to sleep without any cover, but the doona provided was far too hot for comfortable sleeping and required the air-conditioning to be cranked up.

Old But Comfortable

Stay over for a 2 days golfing trip and Angsana was a pleasant experience. Check-in was quick and did provide a detail briefing on location and timing for meals. Beach & Swimming pool were in great shape and room was clean & with a well stock mini bar. The Spa was great even it's a little X.... must say all staff were great, friendly with a nice smile with great service . Big thank you .
