Very comfortable and the staff are very friendly! During my appointment at the Angsana Spa, my physical therapist, Mia, was very skilled and made the experience very relaxing. The staff made sure to ask about any areas to focus on or areas to be more gentle, which was great in terms of customising each guest’s experience.

The environment and ambience at here is fantastic. Clean, quiet, great privacy, and my husband and I love the view when we were having our refreshment after our body massage session. The therapists gave a good briefing and they are so friendly. Friendly suggestion to those who interested to try massage for the first time, you are advised to start from soft / light pressure. You can always ask for stronger pressure anytime when needed.

Wonderful Stay at Angsana Bintan Angsana Bintan impressed with its excellent service, convenient location just 15 minutes from the ferry terminal with a free shuttle, and a delightful breakfast with plenty of variety, especially the mee goreng. The BBQ Night every Saturday and the resort's proximity to Cassia Bintan and Banyan Tree make it an ideal destination. However, the spa prices, food, and especially cocktails and alcoholic beverages were noticeably higher than expected—even more expensive than Singapore. It would be great if these prices could be adjusted to enhance the overall value for guests. Still, a highly recommended destination for relaxation and exploration!

Fantastic family short holiday, all matters taken care of by my Host Ms Iin and Front Desk Mr Pancha! All the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Had great time during Happy Hour 1st night at XANA Beach Club, next day we had Indonsian lunch at Treetop (Banyan Tree), my family loved the food, enjoyed the set meal "Nusantara Degustation" and other dishes. Ms Iin never fails to provide fantastic personal assistance to my stay, likewise when I was at Angsana in Oct during my Bros trip. Thank you!

We came here as a family to have a little down time before the hustle and bustle of Singapore. Although this hotel is a bit dated, our suite was very comfortable and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The staff were absolutely superb - so accommodating and friendly!
