Net, the bellboy was really friendly and helpful. He shared with us his favourite local Thai restaurant. We went there for dinner and it was the best dinner we had in Phuket. Net is jovial and will go the extra mile to help his guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Angsana. The atmosphere was relaxing, the room was very clean, and the facilities were excellent. It was truly a perfect place to unwind. I would like to give special thanks to the amazing staff, especially Pin, Fai, Tos, Jaron, and Ann. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Angsana to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an absolutely amazing time at the pool side restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service from June, Aleena, Breeze, Ning and Yah. From the very first moment, they made us feel genuinely welcome — warm smiles, great energy, and perfect attention to detail. Service was fast, professional and very friendly. They were attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating what we needed, and making sure everything was just right. You can really feel that they care about guests and love what they do — it completely elevated our experience. Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional staff!!!

We stayed in luxe Island room at the Angsana laguna hotel in February 2026. Everything were great, the hotel drowns in a beautiful garden with lakes, where swim boats-shuttle, there are several restaurants. Chic Beach with sunbeds. Mr. Victor helped with quick check-in. I would like to say “thank you” to Mr. Victor and Ms. Ammic who gave us detailed information about the hotel and restaurants as well as about the service, and helped with any question.

Every time I visit Phuket, I always choose to stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is wonderful. What truly stands out is the service from the staff. They genuinely have a service-minded attitude, they don’t serve just because it’s their duty, but because they truly care and are committed to providing the best experience for their guests.
