Review tips Seamlessly smooth check in, thanks to Henry. Had a fabulous stay. Special shout out to all those who made several trips for us on the buggy. Mom's birthday celebrations made memorable and special with the beautiful decor done by Lucky, Aomsin, Bird, Min & Nikky, all with a personal touch, coupled with the sumptuous spread prepared by Chef V. Unbelievable hotel. Service 11/10. Villas are outstanding. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Restaurants amazing food and a lot of options. Location is perfect. And great value for the price.

We had a great family vacation. The hotel is exceptional. All the facilities food and services are five star top quality, we had great dinners at all the restaurants in the hotel and all of them served high quality food. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Last day I needed help in packing sensitive glassware I bought. I met lucky at the concierge and she escorted me to the boutique where I met Ni and Fah very kind and helpful girls. They packed everything with a smile. I didn’t miss the opportunity to buy the hotel signature shower gel which will allow me to extend my good experience from Banyan.
