We've had the best time of our life in Banyan Tree. This is world class - top notch hotel. But this is not the most important thing. The most important are the people. The whole experience of our stay at banyan tree was wonderful from start to finish. The setting is beautiful but the main attraction is the service which was 5* always. The staff are all very hard working and deliver the best service from breakfast to evening meal. Although all of the staff during our week stay were fabulous, I need to specifically point out a few staff who made our week holiday stand out as memorable and a trip of a lifetime. men, o, gem, ple and poo all were very friendly and accommodating. Always on hand to serve us at breakfast and the pool bar, as well as going out of the way in the evening to ensure we had a memorable time. We will definitely be back!
