We had such a great stay! The staff were absolutely fantastic. So helpful, kind and generous. Men, Gem, O, Poo and Ple were especially great! Also the facilities were excellent. We travelled with three kids and they loved the kids club and pool. The food was fantastic.

Terrible vacation. Ruined vacation. I was hit by a hotel buggy on the hotel grounds. I was riding a hotel bike. My arm and leg are injured, I have to stay in my room. It's life-threatening.

We've had the best time of our life in Banyan Tree. This is world class - top notch hotel. But this is not the most important thing. The most important are the people.
