Rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeepers do an excellent Job!! We were upgraded when we arrive to a room with a pool on the top, which was lovely. I must say if we had not been upgraded we wouldn’t have been as happy. The reason being there were never any chairs at the pool! People would put their stuff on the chairs and then not even use them or disappear for hours. Management should try to get a handle on that. The food in the restaurant is mediocre. I did talk to the manager of the restaurant about two meals that we had were very disappointing. He assured me they will try to improve.. If you come here, you might want to avoid ordering any western type food as they don’t seem to know how to make common things. The staff here are very friendly and warm so good job

We have stayed in many hotels in Phuket. The location of this one is fantastic with beautiful views of the sea/sunset. We booked a 2 bedroom pool villa. We knew the hotel would be a little tired around the edges. It’s pretty much as expected (really in need of a refurb). The staircase up to the roof terrace doesn’t have any working lights. This makes it very dangerous at night. The room is kept very clean. However, the terrace needs a good freshen up and a wipe down! The aircon works well but is very old and noisy! The hotel needs to get to grips with enforcing the non reservation of sunbeds. This is the first hotel in Phuket I’ve experienced it. By 9am most sunbeds are reserved and left for massive chunks of the day. For this reason I wouldn’t stay again! The staff are friendly but perhaps a little overly relaxed. Shouting over the pool bar to each other etc

We arrived to a lovely hotel in a perfect setting of Jamal beach right at the end, peace relaxing time, the tour desk staff amazing Pk was lovely, all staff attentive the food and beverage manager amazing and hospitable A negative only the outside paint work Defo in need of attention but rooms amazing Pool being black with lots of different levels was quite dangerous as not clear enough end up stumping toes first few times until got used to it Everyone reserves chairs so early not respecting the 9am rule so very hard to find sunloungers each morning Tip box should be out in restaurant at check in desk as they so deserve tips Great experience would defo recommend this hotel and location loved our time here Thankyou 🙏🏼
