[여정의 시작] 반얀트리에서 보내온 안내 메일을 받는 순간부터 여행이 시작된 느낌이었습니다. 예약한 패키지 설명부터 아코르 플래티넘 멤버 혜택, F&B 및 마사지 이용 안내까지 세심하게 알려주셔서 여행을 준비하는 동안 어떤 것들을 즐길 수 있을지 명확히 파악할 수 있었습니다. 패키지에 포함된 공항 픽업 & 샌딩 서비스도 세심하게 배려해 주어, 픽업 장소를 롯데마트 앞으로 조정해주신 점이 특히 좋았습니다. [픽업 서비스] 드라이버는 약속된 시간보다 일찍 도착해 있었고, 차량에 탑승하자마자 물수건과 물을 건네주어 긴장을 풀 수 있었습니다. 다낭 시내를 벗어나자마자 펼쳐지는 자연 풍경이 감탄을 자아냈고, 길가를 여유롭게 지나는 소들까지 여행의 재미를 더해주었습니다. [환대 & 체크인] 호텔에 도착하자 직원들이 먼저 나와 정성스럽게 환대해주었습니다. 특히 객실로 이동하는 버기카에 HAPPY BIRTHDAY 가랜드가 준비되어 있어 감동을 받았습니다. 담당 호스트 Nhi가 직접 객실로 안내하며 자연스럽게 아이스브레이킹을 해주었고, 객실에 도착해서는 내부와 뷰를 충분히 감상할 시간을 배려해주었습니다. 이어 어메니티 설명도 매우 상세했습니다. 생일 케이크도 정성스럽게 준비해주어 완벽한 생일을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 체크인은 객실에서 진행되었으며, 메일로 안내된 내용을 다시 한번 리마인드해주었고, 필요한 사항은 언제든 카카오톡으로 문의하라며 친절히 안내해주었습니다. [버기카 서비스] 버기카 이용 시 항상 “Are you ready?”라고 안전 확인을 해주었는데, 그 말이 마치 새로운 모험을 안내하는 느낌이라 즐거웠습니다. 내려주는 곳마다 어떤 경험이 기다리고 있을지 기대하며 이동할 수 있어 더 좋았습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. [액티비티] 반얀트리 랑코에 머물며 ‘혹시 지루하지 않을까?’라는 걱정이 있었지만, 다양한 액티비티 덕분에 전혀 그런 느낌이 들지 않았습니다. 호스트 Nhi가 일정 체크와 추천을 도와준 덕분에 가족 모두 알찬 시간을 보냈습니다. 둘째 날에는 [요가 → 조식(워터코트) → 핀 커피 클래스 → 마사지 → 석식(라이스보울) 이렇게 이어지는 일정이었는데, 하루가 정말 짧게 느껴질 만큼 완벽했습니다. 차분한 요가 선생님, 커피 클래스에서 만난 소중한 인연들까지 모두 기억에 남는 경험이었습니다. [환송 & 체크아웃] 패키지에 포함된 크레딧 사용도 호스트 Nhi가 세심하게 체크해주어 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 아코르 플래티넘 혜택인 레이트 체크아웃도 제안해주었지만 다낭 일정 때문에 1시간만 이용했습니다. 체크아웃은 리셉션에서 진행되었고, 이후 직원들이 정성스럽게 환송해주어 떠나는 순간까지 아쉬움이 가득했습니다. 특히 호스트 Nhi의 마지막 말, “다시 방문해주세요”가 마음에 오래 남았습니다. (다시 꼭 방문할게요!) [이런 분들께 추천드립니다] 저처럼 여행 중 돌아다니는 것도 좋아하고 쉬는 것도 좋아하는 분께 적극 추천드립니다. 중간에 쉬는 일정으로 반얀트리를 넣으면 여행 만족도가 훨씬 높아집니다. 물멍·불멍을 즐기는 분들은 특히 좋아하실 것입니다. 시내와 거리가 있어 지루할 것 같다고 생각할 수 있지만, 잘 구성된 액티비티가 그런 걱정을 완전히 해소해줍니다. [좋았던 점] - 직원들의 친구 같은 친절함(Best) - 한국인이 거의 없어 진짜 여행 온 느낌 - 자연친화적인 환경 (도마뱀과 개구리까지 만났어요!) - 앙사나 시설까지 함께 이용 가능해 선택 폭이 넓음 [아쉬웠던 점] - 객실과 메인 호텔이 거리가 있어 시설 구경을 충분히 못 한 점 - 시내 접근성 - 아코르 플러스 멤버십 개정으로 F&B 할인이 제외된 점 [개선되면 좋을 점] - 객실 키 사용이 조금 어렵습니다. 카드키 또는 디지털 도어락 전환을 고려해주면 좋겠습니다. (물론 아날로그의 고급스러움도 매력 있었습니다!) 다음에는 더 오래 머무르며 호텔 시설을 모두 카메라에 담고, 천천히 둘러보고 싶습니다.

Sehr schöne Zeit in einem tollen Hotel mit tollen Menschen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Auch wenn das Wetter nur ein paar Tage mitgespielt hat, so waren die 10 Tage doch sehr schön. Der Service den wir erfahren haben war auf Top Niveau. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren immer enorm hilfsbereit, freundliche und aussergewöhnlich gastfreundlich. Nicht alles lässt sich hier erwähnen, aber Nhi (incredible Nhi) aber auch Man, unsere Villa Hosts haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten auch das Vergnügen Herrn Renato Rizzi, den Chef aller Restaurants kennenzulernen. Auch er hat sich persönlich unserer angenommen. Das Zimmer (beach-Pool Villa) war sehr schön und wir hatten eine komfortable Lage. Die Villa war jederzeit top sauber und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir haben auch mehrfach den Service des SPA genutzt und Tina und Tulip haben uns fantastisch umsorgt. Wir haben in allen 3 Restaurants sehr gut gegessen und die Speisen (inkl. Frühstück) waren immer reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und von sehr guter Qualität. Auch hier ist wieder der hervorragende Service hervor zu heben. Alle Namen lassen sich nicht wiederholen aber Quynh im Thai Restaurant hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Alles in allem merkt man, dass das Hotel sehr gut und serviceorientiert geführt wird und die Mitarbeiter mit dem Herzen dabei sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Um paraíso na terra.. O alojamento é incrível, ficamos numa vila com 2 quartos, piscina infinita, jacuzzi e com vista para o mar. O staff é super simpático e muito profissional. corresponderam sempre a todos os pedidos. Os restaurantes são todos óptimos e vale a pena experimentar toda a gastronomia que oferecem. O pequeno-almoço muito bom e para todos os gostos. O ginásio é pequeno mas tinha tudo o que necessitava e o SPA tem massagens incríveis . Vale a pena experimentar tudo…

Resort excelente com praia privativa Possui diversas opções de restauração bem como actividades (a maioria sao pagas) As villas sao bastante espaçosas e possiem piscina privada O serviço de buggy’s é bastante eficiente O Banyan é uma excelente escolha para uns dias de praia e descanso
