My family enjoyed a 2 night stay in the Family suite with privilege lounge access! The room was spacious with beautiful view of the river and comfortable beds. The family suite comes with a king size bed and sofa bed with pillow menu for you to choose your preferred pillows. There were some wear and tear at parts of the room which requires minor touch up. The privilege lounge serves canapes and drinks from 6 to 8pm with a great view as well. Breakfast at privilege lounge was excellent as well with ALA carte buffet breakfast and pastries. Thanks to Hong and Lan for providing excellent services while we were there. We also tried the 1 for 1 promotion at the Karma spa and my wife enjoyed the massage from Yen. The kids club is small but adequate to keep the kids entertained. The hotel also set up a small play area in the hotel lobby for kids to play and my kids liked it a lot. Suggest to have that small play area set up every evening so that parents can have some drinks in the hotel lobby. There are some cafes and restaurants just outside the hotel but the location is at a quieter side of the city with 5 to 8 mins grab ride to the popular cafes and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Danang!

The room is clean, food was good too and the staff friendly. The accommodation is good . The service is fast which is I request iron, the staff deliver to room with in short time. It is a good choice to stay here.

We had great experiences at Grand Mercure Danang. The hotel serves delicious breakfast and friendly staffs. The river view room is wonderful. The dimsum restaurant on 2nd floor is also good 👍 I will come back in the future.
