Enjoyable stay at Mercure, it is Beautiful hotel with mountain view. The hotel is nice, Staff are very helpfull. Thankyou Mr. Chou (Chau) and other staff for helping our luggage up and down the mountain

Hotel receptions name Fiona was very cheerful, cute and kind. She explain about the Hotel very details and very informative 👍 i think every spot around this hotel was amazing, really unforgettable & surely i will go back again if I have a chance in the future 😆

Decent stay, good sleep, nice breakfast. staff were nice and bellman Stom provided great service. Left my watch in the room when I checked out and hotel staff had kept it properly and i was able to retrieve it at the reception.

Mr chou was helpful and help to bring our luggage down to the pickup point and help to call our grab driver to ensure they are coming to the correct location. Excellence service provided by mecure hotel. He also offered to help us book via grab app as well.

I visited the restaurant L’table in Bana city! And had Helen (Hung) serve me. She is the sweetest person and I have a really great meal here all thanks to her- I’m a vegetarian and find it difficult to find meals here. And she served me exact what I wanted!! She is an amazing person, and had been a great help to us!! Definitely do recommend going here!!
